This is the UTZ mansion in Avalon…it is HUGE (as in 14,000 square feet huge). Lots of controversy has surrounded its size and impact on the dunes in Avalon. Like it or not it is here to stay…and you really can't miss it.

In 20 years at Stone Harbor we have never had the water be this warm for this long. Been in the mid-upper 70′s since we got here.
